Food Suggestions to Maintain Cholesterol Level at MCDONALD'S
The place lacks customer service, knowledgable people who can speak English. Ordering food through the drive thru window is extremely risky at best. You never know what you get after they take your money from the first window and you arrive to the second window. I URGE all peoples to check your order before you leave that window. A understanding of Spanish is necessary. Good luck if you are unfortunate enough to order there.

Disgusting. If this restaurant is going to be open 24 hours, than the food should be fresh 24 hours. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries and the fries were so stale, dry, and tasteless. Seriously? Did they give me food from hours before? Probably. The chicken nuggets texture was rubbery. I won't ever go back when it's late even if I'm starving. Get it together McDonalds.

Check your bags. They never forget to charge you... But somehow always forget to give you the food you paid for. Go to another McDonalds not the one attached to the BP.

It was a dark and stormy midnight. I just had a few home-brewed beers at a friend's place and was on my way home. Suddenly, my stomach began to tremor in hunger. It needed sustenance. And it needed it now. My brain worked to resolve this issue in the most efficient and economical way possible. The solution was to find $1 Hot N Spicy McChickens. A McDonald's was on the way, cash in my wallet, and change in the cup holder; all was ready. The promise of a snack seemed to calm the stomach. For now. As the car pulled into the drive-thru, the stomach began to quake in anticipated anger. There was a few cars ahead of me, but each passing second waiting did not help in appeasing the madness my belly was feeling. The moment arrived when I pulled up next to the intercom. Soon the beast will be satisfied. "What can I get you?" spoke the tired/bored voice from within. There was no time for proper salutations. I hurriedly asked "Do you have $1 Hot N Spicy McChickens?" "No dollar menu items after midnight." For a brief moment, time stood still, until realization of this grave miscalculation set in. I quietly stammered, "What?" and the intercom repeated once more. "No dollar menu items after midnight." The monster did not take this news kindly, and I could feel the rage spreading like a untamed wild fire in a dead forest. The brain, in it's last moment before being consumed by the demon's fury, made one last command for the mouth to speak that would either bring us salvation or doom us all. "Uhh....I'll just order a Big Mac instead." As I munched on the burger in the car just a few minutes later, my brain quietly celebrated in averting this existential crisis. The stomach laid dormant and satisfied for the time being. But I fear the moment when the hunger calls again at midnight.

I came in today for and iced coffee. There was no one in line and from what I could tell the drive thru wasn't too busy. First off, the chick behind the counter must honestly hate her life because she was not at all pleasant and had a stank attitude. Secondly, the girl making the coffee moved so slow that calling it a snail's pace would be too good. When she "handed" me my coffee, and by handed I mean barely extended her arm and never looked at me so who knows who she was handing it to really, it was the wrong size. I told her I had paid for a large. She fixed it but not before making it obvious that she was annoyed. I know it's fast food and I shouldn't expect stellar service but come on.....at least do your Damn job. Pay attention, smile at your customers, and if you make a mistake like all humans do don't act all put out and butt hurt that you were called on it. .....and done.
